새로운 Nanopaticle 합성법:Shear-induced Multi-lamellar Vesicle(Sphrulites)를 이용한 ITO(indium Tin Oxide) Ultrafine Particle의 제조

초록

In this study, as a continuation of our previous research regarding the preparation of ITO particles in AOT-based reverse microemulsion, ITO particles were prepared through intravesicular and intervesicular reaction of OH ions with aqueous solution of In (NO3)3/SnCl4 in spherulites composed AOT surfactants as nano-reactors.
