A case of myasthenia gravis associated with polymorphic light eruption

Myasthenia gravis(MG) has been associated with other autoimmune disease. Pathogenis mechanism in polymorphic light eruption(PMLE) have not been fully elucigated. An abnormal immunologic response of Gell and Coombs type IV(delayed type hypersensitivity) to a sunlight-induced cutaneous neoantigen. MG has not been reported associated with PMLE.
