시공단계에서 BIM을 적용 시 효과 및 시공성 분석

초록

Recently, construction projects are to be increasingly larger and more sophisticated, and higher so that construction process is being complex. Therefore, it becomes significant factors that shortening the construction period and reducing the construction price through the effective management during the construction project. The purpose of an effective project management, BIM (Building Information Modeling) is one of the fusion technology to achieve the purpose of attracting the effective project in the recent innovative construction processes. This study will find the problems of existing 2D CAD and then will complement the them by using BIM. Also, it will analysis the applications of BIM at construction phases which are connection check with other processes, construction management, and calculated materials quantities as long as analysis of construction effectiveness and constructability.
