친환경경영리더십 및 친환경동기가 공급사슬 및 경영성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

초록

[Purpose] This study will examine the influence of motivation factors of SCEM(Supply Chain Environmental Management) on the implementation of SCEM, and the impact of implementing SCEM on the performance of supply chain management and corporate performance, and analyzed the mediating role of the supply chain performance in the relationship between using SCEM and corporate performance.[Methodology] To verify the model suggested in this study, regression analysis and structure equation model was used, and empirical analysis was conducted targeting those who are at managerial level or higher in charge of purchase, sales, and management of corporations.[Findings] The result showed the relationship among motivations of SCEM, implementation of SCEM, and performance of supply chain management and corporate performance. Especially, in the relationship between the implementation of SCEM and corporate performance, it was found that performance of supply chain management played a mediating role. In this study, it was found to be business needs, and if corporations implement SCEM based on such business needs, it had a positive influence on corporate performance.[Implications] It was found that in SCEM, there were high business needs including the needs for developing products that are the source of corporate competitiveness and for corporations supply chain management can be interpreted as a task for continuous growth. The performance of supply chain management plays an important role in the influence of the implementing SCEM on corporate performance.
