국민임대주택 지불의사 임대료 분석-PSM기법의 적용

초록

‘Participatory Government' announced ‘Constructing One Million National Rental Housing Construction Plan' in 2003. National rental housing is being supplied by the government for low-income households to improve their residential stability. If one million national rental housing(NRH) are constructed, the residential stability of low-income households is expected to be much improved. However, there have been long controversies on the rent level of NRH, which has been mainly determined based on construction costs. The rent level is quite burdensome for the target group of low-income households. Sometimes, low-income households give up applying for NRH because they can not have enough money to pay for it. This Study analyzes a reasonable rent level of NRH for low-income households, by estimating their willingness to pay for NRH. As a specific methodology, this study applies Price Sensitivity Method(PSM).
