수출중소기업의 내부특유자원, 전략적지향성 및 동적역량이 수출성과에 미치는 영향 연구

초록

This study aims to identify the effect of firm-specific resources, strategic orientation, and dynamic capabilities on the export performance of Korean exporting SMEs, and to analyze the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities. To this end, a survey among export manufacturing enterprises in Korea was conducted. The resultant data collected from 292 respondents was analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, and mediated regression analysis. The result of this study is as follows. Each of the firm-specific resources (technological, human, and physical), strategic orientation(global customer orientation, and technology orientation), and dynamic capabilities, have a statistically significant, positive (+) influence on export performance. Furthermore, the dynamic capabilities play a partial or full mediating role between the firm-specific resources, strategic orientation, and export performance. Therefore, this study highlights the importance of dynamic capability development, firm-specific resources, and strategic orientation, in the international growth of Korean exporting SMEs.
