In the December 2018 issue of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring in the article "Evaluation of Omeprazole Limited Sampling Strategies to Estimate Constitutive Cytochrome P450 2C19 Activity in Healthy Adults" by Lin et al., an additional author, Ju-Seop Kang, MD, PhD, of the Department of Pharmacology & Clinical Pharmacology Lab, College of Medicine, Hanyang University, Seoul, Republic of Korea, should have been listed among the authors of the article, but was omitted at publication.
