초록
Caused by the spread of COVID-19, the transition to a non-face-to-face society is having a significant impact on the local economy, shrinking urban space consumption activities. Accordingly, studies are being conducted to analyze the relationship between COVID-19 and regional economic activities. However studies analyzing the spatio-temporal change of small business sales are insufficient. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the spatio-temporal variance in sales at each risk stage of COVID-19 by using big data of credit card and the space-time cube model. As a result of the analysis, it was found that during the spread of COVID-19, the living population decreased in Central Business Districts(CBD) and areas near the university, resulting in significant decline in sales. Also, it was confirmed that the affected areas recovered with the government's disaster support funds. However, it shows stagnation even after the subsidies depending on regions and industries. Therefore it is stated that customized supports for each region are necessary. The results of this study are expected to be useful in pandemic response policies by deriving the effect of infectious diseases and the government's countermeasure.
