A Case of Fulminant Guillain-Barr�Syndrome Mimicking Cerebral Death
초록
The diagnosis of Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) is based on a combination of clinical and laboratory features. It is typically a monophasic, subacute, symmetrical, predominantly motor neuropathy. The clinical, pathological and electrophysiological features of GBS indicate pathological and aetiological heterogeneity.
