조절초점과 인지적 기대가 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of regulatory focus and cognitive expectancies on career exploration activities. The results of this study were as follows. First, Promotion focus showed positive correlations to cognitive expectancy and career exploration yet prevention focus has no significant relations to occupation exploration which subfactor of career exploration. Second, all subfactor of cognitive expectancy has significant correlation to career exploration behavior, expectancy of employability and utility of career exploration in multiple-regression analysis predicted career exploration behavior. The findings in this study are discussed on terms of career exploration in university students. This Study has meaning for seeking new approach to understand characteristic of regulatory focus and effect of cognitive expectancy to improve university students' career exploration.
