Palladium-Catalyzed Asymmetric Hydrosilylation of Various Olefins with Chiral Monophosphine Ligands
초록
Enantiomerically enriched alkylsilanes and allylsilanes are useful chiral reagents for organic synthesis and their preparation by asymmetric catalysis attracts increasing attention. Of these catalytic methods, asymmetric hydrosilylation of C-C unsaturated compounds by chiral Pd-catalysts has been studied intensively. High enantioselectivities and catalytic activities has been achieved on Pd-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of olefins using chiral monophosphine ligands and the scope of this transformation was expanded to dienes, enynes, and alkynes. Several chiral monophosphine ligands including (R)-Ar-MOP and (S)-(R)-bisPPFOMe were developed depending upon substrate types.
