초록
Construction projects, by its nature, are involved by various stakeholders in construction phase. Conflicts sometimes arisebetween stakeholders. Besides, their interests clash may be embroiled in a legal dispute. These legal disputes is closelyconnerted with cost, and it means cost management has many problems. This study includes a research and analysis on 89arbitration-cases from Korean Commercial Arbitration Board between 2000 to 2010. Furthermore, the purpose of this study isnot only identifying the types of claims but minimizing the claims as analyzing arbitration-cases from Korean CommercialArbitration Board. Consequently, we will suggest how to utilize CM(Construction Management) on these issues.
