초록

The purpose of this research is to develop Quality Assurance Support System for e-Learning contents in corporations as collaborative knowledge based contents development supporting tool. The system developed based on Decision Support System with Rapid Application Development(RAD) process. The results of this study is follows. First, the result of this study is the Quality Assurance Support System as final outcomes. The Quality Assurance Support System is composed of five sub systems: database and its management system, model base and its management system, knowledge base and its management system, collaborative work base its management system, and user interface. Database system retrieves, transforms, and saves the work form supportive data and the work flow supportive information. Model base system helps the decision making by linking data base to the model which support each phases of decision making for quality assurance. Knowledge base system provides context knowledge needed to the work procedure for each phases of decision making for quality assurance. Collaborative work base system helps group work and group decision making for quality assurance. User interface has communication function between user and system. Second, the result of this study is the effective development process for the Quality Assurance Support System. The development of the Quality Assurance Support System was conducted in the process of plan, analysis, design, 1st development, evaluation, 2nd development with the participation of user, analyst, designer, technical experts. The first development process of the Quality Assurance Support System was a plan through the literature review. The second process was an analysis through the qualitative case study. The third process was a design based on previous study results. The last process was a final development through the pilot test with the 1st development outcomes.
