진성리더십이 퍼스널 트레이너의 잡크래프팅과 경영성과에 미치는 영향

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of managers' authentic leadership on job crafting and management performance of personal trainers. The subjects of this study were 379 questionnaires from personal trainers working at a fitness center located in Seoul. Research tools include authentic leadership (leader's self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, relational transparency, balanced information processing), job crafting (work crafting, cognitive crafting, relationship crafting), management performance (financial performance, non-financial performance) It consisted of three factors. The study results are as follows. First, the internalized moral perspective of authentic leadership, balanced information processing, and the leader's self-awareness were found to have a positive effect on job crafting. Second, the leader's self-awareness, internalized moral perspective, and balanced information processing of authentic leadership were found to have a positive effect on management performance. Third, job crafting, cognitive crafting, and relationship crafting were found to have a positive effect on management performance. Therefore, it is expected that the authentic leadership of leaders with sincerity will improve the trainer's job crafting and have a positive effect on management performance.
