광 SCM 전송용 직접 변조형 아날로그 광송수신기의 제작 및 특성

초록

We fabricated and characterized directly modulated analog optical transceiver for optical SCM transmission system. Throughout the performance analysis of the fabricated optical transceiver, we confirmed that the RF input power for transmitter from -10dBm to 0dBm was required. In the frequency range between 1.5GHz and 2.1GHz, fabricated optical transceiver has a relatively flat frequency response.
