공동주택의 주거만족도와 기업성과의 영향요인 도출에 관한 연구

초록

Comprehending customer``s expectation value makes construction industry to ensure competitiveness through differentiation of development and providing products and services. Derivation of housing satisfaction factors, measuring and analysis on these factors is the major methods to comprehend customer``s expectation value. Assessment items used in these methods consist of physical factors of customer experience after move-in and service factors. But, Residential satisfaction is attained not only after move-in but thru all the courses from information collection step for purchase to actual living after move-in. This research, accordingly, measures assessment items of residential satisfaction experienced by customers of apartment residents at all steps from pre-move in stage to actual living.
