탈(脫)-ISD(Post-ISD) 모델의 가능성과발전방향에 대한 비판적 논의

초록

In this study, three research questions are explored to discuss the paradoxical gaps between an ideal mission and reality of ISD models with the radical problem statement of the necessity of ISD models. The first research issue is about argument that the ISD model is still necessary and valuable for increasing and maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of instruction in terms of evolutionary perspectives, which is called next generation ISD model.. The second ISD model is the alternative ISD model or post-ISD model, which is required for alternative premises and assumptions. The efforts to develop post-ISD model are two different models. The first post-ISD model is for weak post-ISD model, which is based on alternative philosophical and theoretical assumptions. The second post-ISD model is a kind of radical post-ISD model, which is beyond the traditional ISD field and reconceptualized as imaginative structure dor design. In order to explore the possibility of radical post-ISD mode, five theoretical and methodological approaches are adopted: Wilson`s consilience, Bachelard & Durand`s anthropological structure for imaginative systems, Deleuze & Guattari`s philosophy of difference and imagination for nomadism, Magritte`s depaysement, and Web 2.0. The conclusions extend the argument of transdisciplinary research beyond interdisciplinary research, which breakdowns the wall between different disciplines, is required for academic exploration toward the unknown ISD research world to imagine the radical post-ISD model, from the perspectives of 「emotional ISD model for facilitating learner`s emotion and creativity, 「creative ISD model」for enabling learner deconstruction and creative imagination, and 「complex ISD model」based on chaos theory and complexity science.
