탱크 컨테이너에서 불화수소 누출 시 인근지역 피해범위 분석

초록
This study was to choose a leakage model by using the hydrogen fluoride and the physical-chemical data in the tank container which stored the hydrogen fluoride. And, this study was to predict each extend of damage while it changed the meteorological data like temperature and wind speed, etc. Based on the forecast result, this study was to create the worst-case scenario against the leakage of hydrogen fluoride from the tank container. To conclude, it needs to take a measure in order to make the workers and residents 2.21 km away evacuate within one hour when the hydrogen fluoride leaks from the tank container in case of 37 G air temperature, 1.5 m/s wind speed, F-class atmospheric stability, and urban area as terrestrial condition.
