초록
The purpose of this study is to investigate Moderating Effect of Perceived Team Leader’s Emotional Competency between Team Member’s Self-Efficacy and Organizational Commitment in Korean Large Enterprises. This study addressed the following research questions: First, does team member’s self-efficacy influence organizational commitment? Second, in the relationship between team member’s self-efficacy and organizational commitment, does team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team member have some moderating effects? Data was collected via an off-line survey from 22th to 29th of april, 2015, and 325 final data used for analysis. For statistical processing, SPSS 21.0 was used for reliability, frequency analysis, correlational analysis, multiple regression analysis. The result of this study are as follows: First, as the result of multiple regression analysis, self-efficacy has the positive effect on organizational commitment: each of affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. Second, In order to find out the moderating effect of team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team members, the multiple regression analysis was carried out. As a result, it was found that the moderating effect of team leader’s emotional competency perceived from team members have a significant effect on the team member’s self-efficacy, affirmative involvement, continuous involvement and normative commitment.
