초록

DPH, a oil-soluble fluorescent material, was entrapped within PEG-grafted silica. To prepare PEG-grafted silica particles encapsulating DPH, PEGMEIPTES monomers were synthesized previously by the reaction of poly(ethylene glycol) methyl ether with 3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl isocyanate. By the sequential addition of TEOS and PEGMEIPTES to O/W/O multiple emulsion, PEG was introduced onto the surface of silica particles. Pluronic P123 was introduced as a stabilizer in the water phase. The morphologies of multiple emulsion, bare silica particles, and PEG-grafted silica particles were observed by optical microscope(OM) and field emission scanning electronic microscope(FE-SEM). In vitro release test was characterized by fluorescence spectrophotometer.
