공동주택 녹지공간의 친환경적 특성에 관한 연구

초록

With the modern residents’ demand for apartment housings becoming increasingly diversified, greater emphasis is placed on the need for more convenient and clean environment compared the past. Accordingly, the present study examined the eco-friendly qualities of the green space based on a checklist for eco-friendly characteristics. In this study, field inspections were conducted on four apartment housings located in Seoul. According to the findings, the green space in apartment housings generally showed proper practice for excellent load reduction in the area of energy and environmental load reduction. On the other hand, it was found that, in many cases, due consideration is not given to installation and management of bicycle storage or energy use
