관계기반 근로자지원교육프로그램(R-EAP)의 해석학적 수업설계모형 개발을 위한 이론적 탐색

초록

To support the lives of employees at home and at work in the long term and ongoing, a new employee assistance education program is needed that can reflect not only the needs of employees but also the needs of the organizations. The purpose of this study was to confirm the theoretical potential for development of hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP, which focuses on the ‘relations’ that is the object of interest for both employees and organizations. The potential for development of hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP was confirmed in three aspects. First, through the meaning of ‘relations-based’, two aspects of relations development were confirmed in the concepts of systemicity of general system theory and understanding of hermeneutics. Second, the ontological understanding aspect that can be applied to hermeneuticl instructional design model of R-EAP was explored through the ontological concepts of ontological hermeneutics and the prior studies of R-EAP. Third, the epistemological and methodological aspects were confirmed through the practical epistemology, understanding methods of hermeneutics and methodological tools of the prior studies of R-EAP. This study presents theoretical significances and practical implications in two aspects. First, there is a significance that the meaning of ‘relations-based’ is presented theoretically. It provides practical implications on how to approach relations development. Second, there is a theoretical significance that the framework of understanding for hermeneutic instructional design model of R-EAP is presented. It provides practical implications for concrete methods of relations development.
