공공데이터 개방 정책을 통한 공공 가치 창출 매커니즘

초록

Each country's Open data policies will have a slightly different direction and purpose, but ultimately aims to create public value and provide social value and economic value to the people. In this research, we have designed a model of what kind of open data poli-cy will create and affect public value. To verify this, the quality evaluation model of the data used in the previous research was im-proved to a model that can evaluate the open data of the Republic of Korea. We also assessed what kinds of public value influence the open data policy, and finally, we derive public value generating mechanism and also suggested improvements on current open policy.
