초록

Electrospinning is an efficient method for fabrication of polymer nanofibers. Poly (lactic acid) (PLA) is a biodegradable and biocompatible polymer which is being used in lots of applications including packing and biomedical field[1]. The solution of PLA in dichloromethane/dimethylacetamide (DMAc) with a small amount of AgNO3 was investigated. In the dilute concentration regime, the solution gave values of Huggins constant lower than 0.52 which decreased with increasing temperature. This suggests that dichloromethane/DMAc is a good solvent and the solvating power is increasing with increasing temperature. Silver nanoparticles were fabricated by reduction of Ag+ ions in DMAc[2]. The solvent of DMAc was used as a reducing agent for the Ag+ ions in PLA solution. Silver nanoparticles were homogeneously distributed in PLA nanofibers.
