This article describes the general treatment of the legal system such as various punishments and means of reconciliation specified in the customary law of Adat. In particular, blood revenge in the form of the content of reconciliation through means of reparation was studied. Blood revenge was basically defined in the people of North Caucasus, was mostly recorded in the common customary law of the Caucasus nation. Blood revenge was based on a constant legal basis. The relationship between the pluralism of the blood and the customary law of the adat is an important aspect of how the application is done. This article analyzes the general category of the blood revenge of the North Caucasus, and the record and tradition of the adat in the North Caucasus society. And the contents of the blood revenge, the function of the adat, and the various examples related to the adat court psychology. And this paper has pointed out the content of the blood revenge related to the adat in the North Caucasus region in various compensation form rather than the view of 'plural' itself. Blood revenge is basically a barometer of understanding the common life practice of the North Caucasus society before the 20th century, and emphasized the fact that the blood revenge prescribed by the adat is very closely related to the community.
