초록
This paper presents a temperature sensor employing a very small sensor core, which occupies only 15um·10um. The start-up circuit in the temperature sensor, which consists of gate-source coupled NMOS transistor, operates at a sub pico ampere of quiescent current. The sensor output is represented in a ratio-metric form to reduce the error from a process variation. The error was measured to be ±0.6℃ after two-point calibrations. This temperature sensor core can be placed in the active pixel area of a OLED display panel which needs temperature compensation.
