도시 어메니티 관점에서 본 도시재생 복합문화공간 사례연구

초록

Today, it has differentiated urban competitiveness as it promotes urban regeneration projects centered on the unique culture of the region. Therefore, this study aims at effective urban regeneration research using cultural resources through case studies of urban regeneration complex cultural spaces from the perspective of urban amenities, focusing on the Jung-gu area of Seoul. As for the research method, the characteristics of the urban regeneration complex cultural space were extracted from the perspective of urban amenities through theoretical consideration, and a case study was conducted through field investigation by creating a checklist. The research results are as follows. First, in that all cases were complex cultural spaces that were regenerated using cultural resources, cultural and participatory characteristics were best demonstrated. Second, in terms of Convenience, all cases had good accessibility in that the Jung-gu area of Seoul is the center of transportation, and the online network was also actively utilized. Third, in terms of Environment found that the Jung-gu area of Seoul is a central business district, where large buildings are concentrated, so there is a lack of separate nature-friendly environment creation. However, in all cases, urban regeneration was carried out reflecting the local characteristics of the region from the perspective of urban amenities by connecting with the characteristics of the Jung-gu area of Seoul, which formed a cultural tourist attraction through cultural assets and buildings with preservation values. Through this, it was revealed that the urban regeneration characteristic of the region is that the form and structure of the existing building containing various cultures and historical times were preserved and utilized. In the follow-up study, it is expected that effective research that reflects the cultural value of the region and space in relation to the characteristics of the region from the perspective of urban amenities by expanding the regional scope will continue.
