공동주택의 공사기간 산정의 문제점 분석

초록

Recently, Interest in calculations on period of building construction is increasing, as building construction is to be bigger, complex, diversified. Building construction has many cases which sign a contract including period of construction calculated on basic stage. And a calculation on proper construction period is important at this time. Most of calculations on construction based on the person's experience and subjective judgment differ from practical construction period. That's why we need a proper construction period to minimize the problems and errors on basic planning stage. This thesis shows standards on calculation method of construction period used in Korea by analyzing a existing study to figure out a proper construction period.
