공동주택 리모델링 사업 시공자 선정에 영향을 미치는 중요 요인 분석

초록

This study analyzes the main factors influencing the selection of work executor for multi-family housing remodeling project and presents the criteria for selecting remodeling work executor for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. As a result of FGI and AHP, the construction costs and the completion performance within 5 years were the most important factors, and the research results are expected to help the criteria for selecting work executor in other regions including Seoul.
