항공사 객실 승무원 상위클래스 교육훈련 전이에 대한 연구

초록

This research aims to present a strategic direction to improve the efficacy of airline high-class education training by investigating the factors affecting the transfer of airline high-class education training and verifying the moderating effect of organizational environment for these effect factors during transfer. As a result of analysis, the factors affecting the transfer of airline high-class education training are education contents, study motivation, and self-efficacy; and as a result of verifying the moderating effect of organizational environments for these effect factors, the transfer of education training is absorbed through the interaction with the education contents for superior support, the self-efficacy for colleagues, and the self-efficacy and education contents for organizational support. According to these research results, the airlines shall let their high-class employees have pride through the establishment of an human resource management system, let them receive high education training related to their work through the development of a high-class program, and let their superiors, colleagues and organizations positively support the transfer of education training after receiving education.
