초록
This study is to clarify the relationship between the intrinsic motivation, creative process engagement, and organizational creativity. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical grounds for the establishment of strategies to prevent abusive supervision to organizational creativity, which is an important factor for innovation and sustainable growth by verifying the moderating effect of it. To this, an online survey was conducted on A company with the measurement based on Zhang & Bartol(2010), Tepper(2000), and Noh Pung-du, Cho Yong-geun, & Cho Geun-tae(2011). Out of 192 initial responses collected, excluding unfaithful responses, 180 responses were finally left for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, both intrinsic motivation and creative process engagement have a positive effect on organizational creativity, thus abusive supervision have moderating effect which decrease them. In order to promote organizational creativity from interaction between personal creativity and the organizational environment, it is necessary to establish an environment which promotes intrinsic motivation and creative process engagement of members in organization and prevent abusive supervision at the organizational level.
