초록

Perovskite materials have attracted considerable attention owing to their outstanding optoelectronic properties. This study presents a method of recycling perovskite powders for optoelectronic applications. Two main strategies are employed: a simple perovskite recycling method for slightly degraded powders and a cation addition method for highly degraded powders. Compared to the initially synthesized and degraded powders, the powders subjected to the recycling process exhibited enhanced optoelectronic and morphological characteristics. The effectiveness of the method is verified based on the degradation of the powder under a controlled environment. The recycling process is applicable to different perovskite precursor materials. The power conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells employing the reference and degraded powders is 21% and 11%, respectively. The highest efficiency achieved with the recycled powder reached 23%. These recycling methods are expected to solve the environmental and economic problems caused by material waste in future research.
