다중 물질을 고려한 자기 액추에이터의 하이브리드 해석 기반 최적설계

초록
This paper proposes an efficient design methodology for obtaining the optimal distribution of the multiple materials in a magnetic actuator. The concept of multiple level set model is employed to track the outer boundaries and to represent the magnetic properties of the multiple materials in the magnetic actuator. To reduce the degrees of freedom in magneto-static analysis, the operating performance of the magnetic actuator is predicted by using the field-circuit coupling analysis technique and the topological design sensitivities are obtained from the coupling boundary conditions. The optimization problems are formulated to find the optimal values of the lumped circuit parameters for enhanced actuating performance and to abstract a detailed shape, which is equivalent to the circuit parameters. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, a design example for the simple permanent magnetic actuator will be provided by comparing optimal results with that of the full finite element model.
