BIM 기반 건설프로젝트 기획단계 사업 타당성 분석에 관한 연구

초록

BIM-based of public order increases recently, at all stages of construction decision support and prediction the risk are required to simulate the techniques. Pre-design stage is the steps to set the overall construction direction, this phase which includes the initial stage role, along with the project progress should continue, and so feedback should be importance in complex projects. These Pre-design stage of business select the value of the successively and complex features. In addition, this phase includes some of the design work. Thus, the space budget, legislation, construction cost, space planning, feasibility and feasibility are an important factor in Pre-design stage. In addition, they enable to make a collaboration to create a primary goal. Through this study, it will promote the knowledge base industrialization at construction industry by improving the efficiency of the construction process reliability, validity, and feasibility.
