첨단기술산업 융합인재 양성 정책집행 분석 - 바이오헬스산업을 중심으로 -

초록

In this paper, we tried to give implications to policy makers or establishments by analyzing the level of reflection of the characteristics of convergence talent in the implementation process of advanced technology industries convergence talent training policy. In rapidly evolving, high-value-added sectors, convergence talents require expertise in fundamental disciplines, convergence talent, and self-directedness. A research framework, developed from prior researches, analyzed these characteristics in a representative Convergence and Open Sharing System(COSS) program. Key findings revealed limitations in basic science expertise, including focus on entry-level talent and lack of STEM courses. Convergence capabilities showed implementation of Living lab programs and multiple majors systems, but needed more structured institutionalization. Self-directedness suffered from low student participation and insufficient industry involvement in the micro-degree system. The study suggests expanding STEM education, enhancing team project effectiveness, and strengthening industry involvement in self-directed learning. While providing valuable insights, further empirical research is needed to validate effectiveness and generalization across different contexts.
