지역컨벤션산업의 조직간 네트워크형성 영향요인에 관한 연구 - PCO 조직을 중심으로 -

초록

This study aimed to investigate network environmental factors influencing interorganizational network formation of regional convention industry for the purpose of developing an appropriate theoretical model for the convention industry and suggesting practical ways for formulating its interorganizational network. The literature review covered the concepts of convention industry, interorganizational network, and the review of the related previous researches. A research model was designed and hypotheses were established based on previous researches. Survey data were collected from PCO in Seoul area. The results indicated that regional institutional environment factors and interorganizational relationship factors had positive influences on structural factors of network formation, and that interorganizational relationship factors of PCO, interorganizational relationship factors of convention industry organizations along with regional governmental characteristics factors had positive influences on interactive factors of network formation. Thus, it is important that regional institutional environment should be arranged, and that interorganizational relationship should be set to activate network of convention industry organizations. The study also suggested that MICE Alliacne as a consultive group of regional convention industry be invigorated and regional government‘s capacity be strengthened.
