초록

This study introduces a communication training methodology focused on dialogue analysis and narrative interviews to enhance the communication skills of organ procurement coordinators. Dialogue analysis-oriented training ensures objectivity and expertise in real communication scenarios and establishes standards for evaluating and providing feedback on conversations. It emphasizes practice-oriented education and evidence-based feedback. Coordinators can self-assess and critique their communication to foster continuous self-improvement. Narrative interviews, where interviewees freely shape their stories with minimal interviewer intervention, highlight the importance of listening and empathy. This approach is ideal for developing these core communication skills that are crucial for organ procurement coordinators.
