초록
The relationship of dietary zinc intake to the risk of atherosclerosis remains unclear. In person free of clinical cardiovascular disease, dietary zinc intake was inversely correlated with subclinical atherosclerosis. Our findings suggest a putative protective role of dietary zinc intake against development of atherosclerosis.
