초록
Development and research trends in automotive technologies aim for safety, convenience and fuel efficiency improvement. Therefore a large number of sensors will be required in Advanced Safety Vehicle that provides more intelligent and automated services in future ITS environment. However, adding new sensors causes too much problems such as delay in current in-vehicle network systems so that adding new sensors are restricted. To manage the sensors more efficient and to provide extensibility to in-vehicle network, we developed SCSN(Smart Car Sensor Network) which is an in-vehicle architecture including gateway based on AMI-C and OSGi standard. Furthermore, we have successfully implemented SCSN testbed to optimize SCSN gateway performance by a simulation. This paper is about results of our research for the architecture and features of SCSN gateway platform to integrate and manage CAN based in-vehicle networks such as power-train network, body-comfort network and extended-sensor network efficiently.
