초록
To improve the climate environment, the government is promoting the transition to eco-friendly energy through a plan to increase investment in energy technology development. Among them, in order to achieve the goal of preoccupying the core technologies of new and renewable energy, it is necessary to establish a strategy through efficiency analysis using qualitative outcomes. Therefore, this study uses the data envelope analysis method to determine the relative efficiency of the new and renewable energy core technology development tasks from 2014 to 2018 by using three qualitative outcomes. As a result of the analysis, most of the projects excluding hydrogen, solar power, and coal-using sectors out of the 11 sectors had low relative efficiency due to the uneconomical investment scale, so it is necessary to efficiently adjust the R&D investment scale. As a result, through this study, it can be meaningful that an analysis model based on qualitative outcomes was presented to achieve the goal of energy conversion policy and preempt technology. In addition, it is considered that future research will be possible to track changes in efficiency using additional qualitative outcomes.
