변동비반영 전력시장에서 투자보수율을 고려한 석탄화력발전소의 경제성분석

초록

In this paper, considering the rate of return of coal-fired power plants through the development of economic analysis to help businesses and the investment decisions of regulated electricity market operator's fee structure to compensate for individual effort is aimed to find the elements. And, the general indicators or methods of economic analysis and investment were to understand the concept of the rate of return. According to the rate of return reflects the presence of 2,000 MW-class coal-fired power plant was a case study of economic analysis. From the case study, the electrical charges in the regulated electricity market considering the economic analysis must be the rate of return and through the analysis of the sensitivity of the system marginal price, total project cost, fuel cost in order to analyze factors influencing confirmed.
