Recently, W-Cu composites are attracting attention as the high density shaped-charge liner materials in the strategic army system for the defense industry because of their dynamic ductility in the high strain rate. In the apprication as the shape-charge liner, it is important to fabricate specimen with full density and homogeneous microstructure. To fabricate proper W-Cu composites, WO3-CuO powders were refined by the high-energy ball milling and reduced at various temperatures and flow rate of microstructure of W-Cu composites was observed through SEM and EDS. In this study, the reduction temperature of ball-milled powders was lowered due to refinement of WO3-CuO grain size and the full density of sintered specimen was obtained during the sintering process owing to homogeneous distribution of W-Cu.
