교육복지우선지원사업 성과지표 타당화 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to validate the performance indicator measurement for the education welfare priority support project more objectively. To achieve this objective, the present study examined confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, and infit and outfit using 775 students (350 elementary and 425 middle school students) collected from schools participating in the education welfare priority support project in Chungcheongbuk-do. The result shows that 55 items for elementary school students and 62 items for middle school students are satisfied with the three criteria (i.e., factor load ≥ 0.5; Cronbach's alpha ≥ 0.7; and infit and outfit 0.7~1.3). Based on the result, the present study discussed implications in the field of education welfare, provided suggestions for future studies and limitations.
