The Relationship between Social Body Anxiety, Physical Self-Efficacy, and Exercise Flow among Dance Sport Female Participants

초록

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between social body anxiety and physical self-efficacy and the exercise flow of female participants in dance sports. The subjects surveyed 240 women living in Seoul and participating in dance sports, and a total of 226 people were used for actual analysis. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 25.0 to analyze frequencies, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analyses. The main conclusions from the findings drawn are as follows: First, the expression of physical satisfaction of female participants in dance sports with social body shape anxiety was found to have a static effect on physical ability efficacy of physical self-efficacy. Second, the expression of physical satisfaction of female participants in dance sports with social body anxiety showed a static effect in the exercise flow and cognitive flow of exercise. Third, the physical self-efficacy of female participants in dance sports did not affect their exercise flow. In conclusion, social body type anxiety acts as an important factor influencing physical self-efficacy and exercise commitment, and female dance sports participants are also expected to be able to actively participate in dance sports as they overcome social body type anxiety.
