사회적경제조직의 네트워크 효과에 따른 지역사회 영향 분석 : 성수동 소셜벤처 밸리를 중심으로

초록

The aim of this study is to examine the implications of urban regenerationstrategy on social enterprises community network and their impact on local community bystudying 'Social Venture Valley', which is a social enterprises based community network inSeongsu-dong area. According to our analysis, social enterprises community network inSeongsu-dong area has two types of 'hub enterprises'. Furthermore, local and residentsperception has changed because of activities of social enterprises has many positiveeffects on local community such as improving local economy, improving relationship withneighbors, increasing communicate with social enterprises, increasing interest of localactivities and improving quality of life. Based on the research result, it can be coverageon implications for urban regeneration strategy, which is utilizing social enterprise andcommunity network in urban regeneration project; First, stabilizing economic fundamentalof social enterprise is needed to reinforce community network and improve localcommunity activities for pursuing social purpose. Second, attending human resource andspatial strong hold is needed to urban regeneration in local community throughsupporting hub enterprise of community network.
