서울시 생활체육시설의 입지 요인 및 적정성 분석

초록

study aims at investigating the factors affecting the land size of public fitness facilities in Seoul and the appropriateness of their spatial distribution. First, this study carries out the multiple regression to find out the factors affecting the size of the 42 public fitness facilities. The analysis suggests that the amounts of revenue of local tax and land prices of pertinent sites are the most influential factors. It indicates that the bigger the revenue is and the cheaper the land price is, the bigger the size of the facilities is. Second, this study compares the inside and outside of the facilities in terms of the population density, the number of other health facilities and the average land prices, targeting 25 districts in Seoul. In addition to the three measures, for the analysis, this study considers sufficiency of the facilities in the districts, the rate of the accessible area of the entire district area. In conclusion, just one district is rated excellent while 7 districts are rated poor. The other 17 districts are rated medial.
