Quantum Teleportation Protocols in Dependence on Closeness Measures

초록

We consider quantum teleportation via a noisy quantum channel in a Werner state. Teleportation protocol is optimized with operational distance instead of fidelity. The operational distance provides an operational interpretation as a closeness measure. We optimize the average operational distance, over all possible pure d-dimensional unknown states, by altering the von Neumann measurement of maximally entangled states and the unitary operation for a given quantum and a classical channel. It is found that the optimal protocol is equivalent to the standard teleportation.
