초록

The surface nano-structure of polymer matrices is one of the important parameters for controlling cell phenotype and function in tissue engineering. Nano-structured polymer surfaces were produced via self-assembly of polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene oxide)/dode-cylbenzenesulfonic acid complex systems. Polystyrene domain size and center-to-center distance between the domains under 100 nm strongly influenced the adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation of preosteoblasts cultured on the nano-polymer surfaces, irrespective of the same total domain area.
