Architectural design as the depression continued downturn in the industry is accelerating, and or a small design firm of one or five more worker barely maintain. in these circumstances, Even if the project progresses, small architectural design phase of the process requires a minimum of three or more workers, But due to lack of worker caused interfere with work, and ultimately the quality of the design are also increasingly falling vicious cycle continues. Worker to accomplish the project's lack of resolve is the introduction of BIM that can be done. The introduction of BIM drawings needed to express it is possible to minimize manpower and time. In this study, the introduction of BIM and the practical use for small design firm will be discussed.
