Synthesis and Characterization of Nano-scaled Calcium Phosphate Particles Using Microwave

  • 정성훈

초록

Recently, calcium phosphates have been considerably focused as an attractive biomaterial because of their unique properties and excellent biocompatibility. Microwave assisted synthesis of calcium phosphate has a lot of advantages such as rapid growth, nano-scaled particle size, and narrow particle size distribution due to fast homogenous nucleation. The principle goals of this research are to investigate the proper microwave irradiation power and time to prepare calcium phosphate particles. By thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), the properties of the as-prepared calcium phosphate particles were investigated.
